Keeping with the eclecticism of TAR, The Poet Grow-Op is open
to a wide range of poetry. Submissions are not restricted to
a particular form or style, content or point of view. We’re
looking for creativity, originality, and craft. Wow us! We just
ask that your work be single-spaced with size 12 font. (And
no crazy fonts, please!)
As things are, and as fundamentally
they must always be, poetry is not a career, but a mug's game.
No honest poet can ever feel quite sure of the permanent value
of what he has written. He my have wasted his time and messed
up his life for nothing.
